Veggie Tales Live!

Veggie Tales are coming to the stage live! I think the show would be fun to see. We like to go to shows, plays, concerts and have the kids experience some learning in a different way. Hey it’s fun for us too! ;) However, I think we are going to have to skip the Veggie Tales show this time around since there are no shows in our area and Word Geek is pretty busy with his new job. Unless I do some pretty extensive planning, we’ll see. If you are interested in seeing them live, you can check here to see if they are coming to your area, I think it would be a fun show to see!

A Favorite Around Here

Yesterday I read one of the kid’s favorite books that an old friend gave me as a gift after Lizard Man was born, called “God Made You Special!” a Veggie Tale board book. Have you heard of it? Have you heard of them?

Veggie Tales are Love Bug’s new favorite. We sing the theme song quite often around here and that is something that Love Bug has learned to sing....”Veggie Tales…Veggie Tales…” She is so cute!

We usually sing the main theme song's chorus…..

Veggie Tales are a Christian based cartoon. I’m so happy they have a great cartoon that is Christian based for the kids these days. I know the cartoon might seem a little odd at first but, it is quite addicting, and the kids love it! So check them out sometime, our library even has some of the books, dvd’s, vhs tapes, and cd’s, maybe yours does too. They also have a website with some fun stuff too here.
